Arsene Wenger bemoaned luck and claimed Arsenal's attitude was not a problem in the face of stinging criticism from all angles after throwing in the towel at Wembley.

Gary Neville launched a scathing attack on several players during the Carabao Cup final defeat, labelling Arsenal 'spineless'.

Wenger, though, preferred to deflect blame towards the officials and VAR, claiming Vincent Kompany's 58th-minute goal was offside.
