Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny has tested positive for coronavirus while on international duty with Egypt.
The 28-year-old's diagnosis comes a day before Egypt's African Nations Cup qualifier with Togo on Tuesday, but the midfielder will now return to Cairo despite being asymptomatic.
Elneny is now a doubt for Arsenal's next Premier League match against Leeds United on Sunday afternoon.
The news follows the coronavirus diagnosis of Egypt team-mate Mohamed Salah last week, who tested positive just days after attending his brother's wedding.
Elneny's agent, Alan Nzamy, tweeted: 'Elneny Positive Cov19 get well soon'.
