Arsenal youngster Jeff Reine-Adelaide thought he was 'dreaming' when he met Thierry Henry and Robert Pires

It is natural for fans to get starry-eyed when they meet their heroes, but rarely do footballers get so awestruck when they come across theirs.

Yet that is what happened to Arsenal youngster Jeff Reine-Adelaide when he first met Thierry Henry and Robert Pires at the club's London Colney training ground.

The 19-year-old was born the year that his native France won the World Cup in 1998, and he grew up idolising the pair who went on to enjoy glittering careers at Highbury and the Emirates Stadium.
