Shakhtar Donetsk have revealed that they are continuing to hold talks with Arsenal over selling star man Mykhailo Mudryk despite already rejecting an offer from the Gunners.
Mudryk has emerged as one of the rising talents in European football, with Shakhtar themselves rating him behind only Kylian Mbappe and Vinicius Jnr leading to the 21-year-old being dubbed the 'Ukrainian Neymar'.
Arsenal are already looking to get a deal completed before the start of the January transfer window yet have already seen a bid of £57million rejected by Shakhtar.
Although many clubs are chasing the Ukraine international winger, the Gunners are thought to be leading the race, especially with Mudryk hinting he would like to move to the Emirates after uploading an image of himself on social media watching Mikel Arteta's side secure a 3-1 win over West Ham United on Boxing Day.
