Real Madrid forward Lucas Vazquez, a target for both Liverpool and Arsenal, wants a move away from the Spanish capital and has held a secret meeting with his agent to begin the process, per Diario Gol (h/t Jack Staplehurst for the Daily Star).
The 26-year-old reportedly wants to play regular first-team football and is aware this isn't going to happen under Zinedine Zidane at Real, prompting the Spaniard to search for a new home.
Over the past three seasons Vazquez, an academy graduate at Real, has started 32 La Liga matches and appeared another 49 times from the bench—meaning 60 per cent of his league appearances have been as a substitute.
