Arsenal have had a £56m bid for striker Andrea Belotti rejected, according to Torino's sporting director Gianluca Petrachi.
The 23-year-old has been in fine form in Serie A this season, scoring 13 in 17 league appearances, and seems to have caught the eye of Arsene Wenger.
Petrachi told Sky Italia that an offer of €65m (£56m) from the Gunners had been rejected, as the Italian outfit believe their striker is worth far more than the figure currently on the table.
It seems, though, that few Gooners are convinced by the bid, while rivals happily suggest it could be a hint over Alexis Sanchez's future.
