Arsenal and Juventus’ hopes of landing out-of-favour Atletico Madrid star Yannick Carrasco appear to be over, with the Belgian close to agreeing a move to China.
The versatile forward has fallen out of favour under Diego Simeone at the Wanda Metropolitano and is expected to leave the Spanish giants in the summer.
Arsenal were extensively linked with Carrasco last summer and there were rumours of a January approach from Arsene Wenger’s side too.
But, according to AS, their hopes of landing Carrasco in the summer appear to have significantly diminished, with the forward close to agreeing a move to the Chinese Super League.
