Arsenal have sent travelling supporters a text message warning fans to be on their best behaviour after recent controversies that included a bottle thrown at Tottenham's Dele Alli and a supporter ejected from the Emirates Stadium for vile anti-Semitic abuse.
Arsenal visit Brighton for the Boxing Day teatime clash and ticketed away fans woke up in the morning to receive a text message at 8am that read: 'Reminder to travelling fans today, Arsenal does not tolerate any discriminatory or anti-social behaviour. ARSENAL FOR EVERYONE.'
There have been reports of homophobic chanting towards Brighton supporters both in a game at Huddersfield this season and a fixture against Leicester last season.
