Arsenal technical director Edu Gaspar is keen on bringing Bologna left back Aaron Hickey to the Emirates this summer, according to reports in Italy.
The Gunners are said to be looking for a new left back to replace Nuno Tavares, who has struggled to provide efficient cover for first choice Kieran Tierney, who has been struggling with injuries this season.
Scottish international Hickey, who already boasts two caps, could be set to provide back-up for his international team-mate in north London as Mikel Arteta looks to strengthen his options at left back this summer.
