Arsenal stars shrug off the cold as they prepare for EFL Cup clash with Southampton

The south east might have been hit by a cold snap but the atmosphere within the Arsenal squad wasn't even close to frosty as the players were put through their paces on Tuesday.

Temperatures at the Gunners' London Colney training ground barely got above freezing, with highs of 3C recorded as the players prepared for their EFL Cup quarter-final against Southampton.

But, wrapped up in multiple layers and decked out in gloves and snoods, Arsene Wenger's men seemed perfectly happy to be bracing the elements.
