Arsenal star Santi Cazorla suffers yet another setback in recovery from achilles tendon injury as he goes under the knife again to delay the January comeback he'd hoped for

Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla has been forced to go under the knife again after suffering 'discomfort' in the achilles tendon that has kept him out of action for over a year.

The Spaniard has already undergone multiple operations, resulting in the loss of eight centimetres from the tendon in his right ankle, and he almost lost his foot after contracting gangrene.

Now, the 32-year-old has suffered another setback in his ambition to return to action in January.
