Arsenal star Thomas Partey has been axed from the latest Ghana squad after confidential talks with manager Otto Addo.
The midfielder had been absent from their squad for the last international break due to illness.
He was available for their upcoming fixtures and reportedly wanted to feature, but has been surprisingly left out of the squad.
During the latest squad announcement, it was confirmed that the Arsenal star had been told the reasoning behind his absence during a confidential meeting.
Addo stressed that Partey, who is Ghana's vice-captain, will be able to return to the squad in March but urged him to work on issues discussed.
