Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez is being investigated over his tax affairs while he was at Barcelona.
The Chilean has had his luxury four-bed house seized in Spain amid an ongoing tax investigation, with the Spanish authorities claiming he owes them €3,702,540 (around £3.12million) in unpaid taxes.
The alleged debts relate to his time with the La Liga giants prior to joining Arsenal in 2014, corresponding to the years 2011, 2012 and 2013.
El Mundo Deportivo reported on Friday that Sanchez had been accused of simulating the sale of his image rights through Numidia Trading, a shell company, in Malta.
