Crystal Palace are interested in Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah but have seen an initial enquiry for the England international turned down.
The Eagles are in the market for a new centre forward and are long term admirers of Nketiah.
But Mail Sport understands that Palace have been informed that, as things stand, the forward is not available during the January window.
It remains to be seen whether the Gunners’ approach to the 24-year-old’s future changes towards the latter part of the window.
