Arsenal outcast Mesut Ozil fuels talk of Fenerbahce switch this month by insisting they are 'the biggest club' in Turkey while revealing Kadikoy - where they are based - is his favourite district in Istanbul during Twitter Q&A

Mesut Ozil has teased Fenerbahce fans about a potential move from Arsenal, claiming they are the 'biggest club' in Turkey during a Twitter Q&A on Monday night.

Ozil's time at Arsenal is coming to an underwhelming end after he was exiled from manager Mikel Arteta's Premier League and Europa League squads this season.

The German, the club's highest paid player on £350,000-per-week, has not played since the coronavirus pandemic stopped football in its tracks last March.
