Scampi could hold the key to unlocking managerial secrets for Preston boss Simon Grayson, who is ready to test Arsene Wenger’s patience again.
Grayson twice came up against Arsenal while at Leeds and admitted he probably outstayed his welcome when talking to the Frenchman over a glass of wine.
He plans to meet Wenger after Saturday evening’s FA Cup tie at Deepdale — and he has a few treats ready for the Arsenal boss.
Grayson said: ‘I’ve always been one who wants to go and see managers after the game because you want to pick their brains.
