Arsene Wenger insists Alexis Sanchez's body language after their game against Bournemouth did not alarm him and that he understands why the former Barcelona forward was angry.
Sanchez threw a tantrum at full-time after seeing his side come from 3-0 down to draw 3-3 in the Premier League clash at the Vitality Stadium, seemingly unhappy with the two dropped points.
It is understood his sulking continued in the changing room as he hardly said a word to his team-mates and made his bad mood crystal clear.
Sanchez is set to be rested against Preston in the FA Cup third round on Saturday.
