Arsenal are reportedly leaving a five-team race to sign Atletico Madrid star Joao Felix - despite his agent Jorge Mendes 'pushing for him' to join Aston Villa.

Atletico Madrid chief executive Miguel Angel Gil admitted last week that Felix wants to leave the club and that they will be listening to offers for their all-time record signing.

Marca have now reported that the Premier League table-toppers are leading the race to sign Felix, which also consists of Manchester United, Chelsea, Aston Villa and Paris Saint-Germain.
