Arsenal have not progressed from a Champions League knockout tie for SEVEN years... so what happened to the team that thrashed Porto in 2010?

As Arsenal prepare to take on Bayern Munich once again in the last 16 of the Champions League, fans might be advised to put their recent record to the back of their minds.

You have to go back seven years to 2010 for the last time the Gunners progressed from a knockout tie in Europe's elite competition. They have been eliminated at the last 16 stage ever since.

Their opponents were Porto back then and Arsene Wenger's team had to fight back from a 2-1 first leg deficit.
