Ray Parlour believes Unai Emery will never win the Premier League with Arsenal unless the club receive Manchester City style investment.
Emery, the former Sevilla and Paris Saint-Germain manager, was confirmed as Arsene Wenger’s successor at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday, becoming the north London’s club’s first new coach in almost 22 years.
The Arsenal hierarchy decided to replace Wenger as manager as they finished sixth in the Premier League in 2017/18, 12 points off the top four and an incredible 57 points behind champions Manchester City.
