Birthdays are brilliant and Laurent Koscielny celebrated his 31st in style with an outrageous overhead kick for Arsenal against Southampton.
The Gunners had been 1-0 down following an agonisingly unlucky own goal from Petr Cech as a Dusan Tadic free-kick rebounded off the crossbar and went in off the goalkeeper’s head.
But Frenchman Koscielny was on hand to level as with a strike of outstanding skill, flashing the ball home from debutant, and fellow birthday boy, Lucas Perez’s knockdown.
