Laurent Koscielny will definitely miss the FA Cup final after the Football Association rejected an appeal against his red card in Arsenal's victory over Everton.
The Frenchman will serve a three-match ban, starting with the Wembley showpiece match against Chelsea on Saturday, following his dismissal for a reckless foul on Enner Valencia at the Emirates.
The Gunners, who have a defensive selection nightmare to deal with ahead of the game, attempted to get referee Michael Oliver's decision overturned.
However, the FA confirmed on Tuesday that the red card and subsequent suspension will stand.
