Arsenal are contemplating terminating the contract of Nicolas Pepe as the winger continues to struggle to find a move away from the club before Friday's transfer deadline.
Pepe, who was signed for £72million from Lille in 2019, spent last season on loan at Nice in Ligue 1 after falling out of favour under Mikel Arteta.
He started just five Premier League games in his last season at the Emirates Stadium, with Arteta more than happy to let him leave.
The Ivory Coast international scored eight goals in all competitions for Nice last term but the French side turned down the opportunity to sign Pepe permanently.
