Arsenal and Bayern Munich train at Shanghai Stadium in front of fans ahead of highly anticipated friendly at the Shanghai Stadium

Arsenal and Bayern Munich have trained at the Shanghai Stadium ahead of their highly-anticiapted friendly on Wednesday in China.

There were thousands of Arsenal fans in attendance and they were greeted by their Gunners heroes, who stopped to sign autographs and pose for pictures.

Arsene Wenger even got to enjoy a positive reception - something that rarely occurred in a tumultuous Premier League campaign last season - with a supporter holding up an 'In Arsene we trust' sign and Bayern boss Carlo Ancelotti stopping for a lengthy chat.
