Gabriel starred to help Arsenal claim a 5-0 victory against Crystal Palace on Saturday afternoon against Crystal Palace at the Emirates Stadium.

The defender opened the scoring after just 11 minutes, heading in a free-kick from Declan Rice to give the home side the lead.

The Brazilian found himself in the heart of the action inside the penalty area just before half-time, heading towards goal from another corner, with the ball deflecting into the back of the net off Palace goalkeeper Dean Henderson.

Leandro Trossard scored late in the second half to make iit 3-0 before substitute, Gabriel Martinelli scored twice in injury time to wrap the game up 5-0.
