Arsenal 3-0 Stoke City: Gunners' late flurry too much for Paul Lambert's resilient Potters

Arsenal left it late to defeat a resilient Stoke City side on Sunday afternoon, with three goals inside the final 15 minutes making the north Londoners' win appear more comfortable than it actually was.

The Potters threatened throughout, and Arsenal found it hard to break down a side set-up well to counter their close and fast play which was often directed through the middle of the park.

However, with 15 minutes remaining, Bruno Martins Indi fouled Mesut Ozil in the area, conceding a penalty which Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang easily converted.
