Arsenal legend Emmanuel Petit believes Alexis Sanchez needs to be surrounded by players as hungry and motivated as him at Arsenal.
The Frenchman weighed in on Sanchez's future at the club and thinks the Chilean will wait to see who Arsene Wenger brings in before deciding his next move.
Petit told the Mirror: 'Now, he (Sanchez) is a winner. His attitude and approach in every game is fantastic. I can see why Arsene wants to keep him.
'At the moment nothing is decided and I believe Sanchez is waiting to see what players are brought in before he makes up his mind about his future.
