West Point, NY – The Army West Point women's basketball team (1-2) claimed its first win of the season over FDU (0-2) Sunday afternoon. The Black Knights defended home court with a 71-63 victory.
Several Army players had stand-out performances including Camryn Tade, Trinity Hardy, and Kya Smith. Tade played 22 minutes, the most so far in her freshman campaign. She came up huge off the bench helping Army hold onto the win as she scored 16 points shooting 7 for 8 from the field. Hardy had her third straight game scoring double-digits as she dropped 20 points while shooting a perfect 100% from the field, three, and free throw line.
