WORCESTER, Mass. – Junior Aliyah Murray and sophomore Jess Lewis turned in career performances to help send the Army West Point women's basketball team to a 67-59 Patriot League win over Holy Cross on Wednesday evening at the Hart Center.
Army wins its third in a row to improve to 14-4 overall and 5-2 in the Patriot League, while Holy Cross falls to 4-14 and 2-5.
Lewis netted a career-high 22 points to lead all scorers, while making a career-best six three-pointers on 6-of-10 shooting from deep. Murray posted her second double-double of the season, and the third of her career, with 13 points and a career-high 14 rebounds.
