JACKSONVILLE, FL - Army West Point track & field completed day two at the NCAA East Preliminary Meet hosted by the University of North Florida on Thursday. The Black Knights saw four athletes compete in total on the women's side across three different events, attempting to qualify for the NCAA Outdoor Championships from June 7-10 in Austin, Tx.
Kayley Ragazzini began the day for the Black Knights, competing in the hammer throw. Her mark of 54.82m landed in 44th-place in the event, failing to advance. Ragazzini was one of two Army athletes to qualify for multiple events at the regional meet, stepping up again in the shot put.
