WEST POINT, N.Y. - Senior linebacker James Nachtigal was named to the Associated Press All-Bowl Team for his performance in the Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl.
Nachtigal made a career-high 16 tackles and delivered three of Army's program-record 10 sacks in a 70-14 victory over Houston. He also forced three fumbles.
He became the first player to register three sacks in a game since Andrew King did so in 2015 at UConn. The sacks gave him 17 for his career as well, which is the second most all-time behind only Josh McNary.
