BETHLEHEM, Pa.- The Army West Point men's and women's swimming and diving team earned three spots on the Patriot League All-Academic Team announced by the league on Wednesday.
The announcement comes after an impressive performance from both teams at the 2023 Patriot League Championships, where both the men's and women's teams finished second. The men's team racked up 856.50 points and earning 615.50 points.
Junior James Pinter has a cumulative GPA of 3.894 and is majoring in systems engineering. This season the Iowa City Iowa native saw success in the pool. In Army's home meet against Boston College, Pinter finished fourth in the 200 Free Relay and sixth in the 100 Fly.
