WALTHAM, MA – Army West Point hockey (13-17-4, 12-12-2 AHA) fell 5-4 in overtime to close out the regular season against Bentley (11-21-2, 8-16-2 AHA).
Army jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the opening five minutes, but the Falcons fought back to eventually take a third period lead. Gavin Abric made 40 saves, including a penalty shot late in the third period to get Army into the overtime period.
Army scored within the first 75 seconds of the game, with Ricky Lyle finding John Keranen with a short pass out in front for Keranen's 11th tally of the season.
