WEST POINT, N.Y. – After posting eight points in the month of November, Dominic Franco has been named the Atlantic Hockey Associate Rookie of the Month, announced by the league Thursday.
Franco has continued to stand out on the Black Knights' stat sheet. The freshman has garnered at least one point in four consecutive games, the longest streak of any Cadet this season.
The Portsmouth, R.I., native posted three points back on Nov. 11, when Army blanked the Griffins 3-0. On the next night, he added two points in the 5-2 win. Franco recorded a goal and an assist in Friday's loss to RIT and a helper in the second game of the series as well.
