WEST POINT, N.Y. – The Army West Point men's basketball team had its best defensive showing of the season and came away with a 67-56 victory over Binghamton at Christl Arena on Wednesday night.
The Black Knights' (3-5) defense kept the Bearcats (2-5) in check, while the offense erupted in the second half to help the Cadets blow past their in-state foe. was efficient on the night, compiling 16 points and 11 rebounds for a double-double.
pitched in with 13 points to go with a game-high eight assists and six rebounds. buried a trio of 3-pointers and finished the contest with 11 points for an Army squad that shot 48 percent from the field against Binghamton.
