DALLAS - The Army West Point football team was back on the gridiron Saturday morning for its third bowl practice before the Zaxby's Heart of Dallas Bowl on Tuesday.
The Black Knights continued to use Southern Methodist University's grass field for its practice session. The sun finally started to peak through the clouds as well Saturday after the team had seen some lower temperatures the first two days.
As usual, practice started out with drills for special teams. The Cadets then transitioned into individual positional groups before breaking up into offense and defense. During the 1-v-1 segment, Gibby Gibson made a great defensive play on Christian Drake.
