WEST POINT, N.Y. – Army West Point tennis player Cooper Jackson was named Patriot League Women's Tennis Player of the Week for the second time this season, announced by the league on Tuesday.
Jackson defeated Quinnipiac's Alessia Truden in two sets (6-3, 6-2) on February 25.
The Tampa, Fla. native and Paige Herremans also defeated Marist's Jane Bockman and Ellen Zureick in their doubles match with a final score of 6-1. Jackson and Herremans also bested Quinnipiac's Alessia Truden and Kamilla Nella 6-0 on February 25.
In the 2023 season, Jackson is now 7-3 in doubles, as the Black Knights are currently on a five-match winning streak.
