Brinson Picks Up Academic All-America Praise

AUSTIN, Texas – Senior linebacker Kenneth Brinson was voted onto the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-America® Division I Football First Team on Monday.

Brinson was selected by the Sports Information Directors from around the country as a First Team Academic All-America® honoree and picks up his second consecutive nod after being named to the team in 2017.

Earlier this year he was named First-Team Academic All-District® for the second-straight season as well. Brinson was also recognized all season for his academic success as he is a finalist for both the Campbell Trophy and the Pop Warner National College Football Award.
