WEST POINT, N.Y. – Army West Point baseball announces a very competitive schedule for the Black Knights during their 2017 campaign.
Head Coach Jim Foster, who took the reins of Army baseball in June, has arranged a 52-game slate that features 18 contests in the friendly confines of Doubleday Field at Johnson Stadium. Army will also serve as the host team for two additional games that will be played nearby at Dutchess Stadium in Fishkill, N.Y., home of the Hudson Valley Renegades who compete in the New York-Penn League.
Of those 52 games, Army will face five teams that made it to the NCAA tournament just a year ago.
