Former standout pitcher Alex Robinett '15 was recently featured on ESPN's Baseball Tonight and during the Fort Bragg Game on Sunday Night Baseball.
The righthander talked about his commitment to the United States Army and his choice to remain in the Armed Forces instead of pursuing a professional career. Robinett had a short stint in the professional ranks as he pitched for the Single A Short Season Staten Island Yankees and Single A Charleston Riverdogs.
Robinett was the 963rd selection in the annual MLB draft and is the 12th player in Academy history to be drafted.
