MANHATTAN, N.Y. – Fueled by an eight-goal first half, the Army West Point women's lacrosse team downed Manhattan 11-6 on the road. Nine Black Knights tallied points in the victory Saturday afternoon.
ARMY HIGHLIGHTS AND GAME NOTES
- The Black Knights are now 2-0 on the year after back-to-back victories.
- Today was Army's first road win since last March when it took down Presbyterian (16-3) in Clinton, S.C.
- Rachel Hornick led the team for the second straight week offensively. She tallied four points on three goals and an assist in today's win.
