DALLAS, Texas – The Army West Point football team touched down in Texas and quickly jumped back into the swing of things on Thursday's night.
The Black Knights regrouped after a couple days off for their first practice in the Lone Star State. The warmer weather when the Black Knights landed quickly disappeared once the sun went down to make for a chilly practice at Gerald J. Ford Stadium.
Army was familiar with its practice facility as the Cadets used Southern Methodist University amenities. SMU was the site of the Black Knights' last bowl game in which Army defeated the Mustangs 16-14 to win the 2010 Armed Forces Bowl.
