Salt Bowl moved to Sept. 2
The Salt Bowl game between Saline County rivals Benton and Bryant will be played Saturday, Sept. 2, at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock, the Salt Bowl committee announced in a news release Wednesday.
The game was originally scheduled for Sept. 1, but Little Rock Catholic is scheduled to host Sylvan Hills at War Memorial Stadium on that day. Catholic's home football games are played at War Memorial Stadium. Also, the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville is playing Florida A&M at War Memorial on Thursday, Aug.
