MONROE, La. (10/25/19) – A career night by junior Madison Brown propelled the Arkansas State volleyball team to its 35th straight win in the series against Louisiana-Monroe Friday night, notching 16 kills in a tight 3-2 (25-27, 25-14, 25-23, 23-25, 15-8) A-State victory.
The Red Wolves (13-7, 4-4 Sun Belt Conference) utilized a balanced attack for the win, with four players combining for 57 kills in the triumph over the Warhawks (10-14, 1-8).
In addition to Brown’s career-high 16 kills on 38 attacks, Peyton Uhlenhake was one of four Red Wolves with a double-double, totaling 15 kills with 13 digs and a pair of blocks.
