TULSA, Okla. (1/12/25) – Arkansas State women's tennis split a pair of outcomes Sunday, concluding the Hurricane Invite inside the Michael D. Case Tennis Center.
A-State (2-1) swept Wyoming 7-0 while dropping a 5-2 decision to host Tulsa, giving it its first 2-1 start through the first three matches since 2019.
"It was a great start to the year with the girls," said freshman Carla Muro Castellvi, who went 3-0 in singles and 2-1 in doubles over the weekend. "We competed hard and fought for every point and built confidence for future matches.
