NASHVILLE, Tenn./BOSTON, Mass. (2/15/25) – Arkansas State track and field saw 15 career-best marks on Saturday at the Music City Challenge as well as the David Hemery Valentine Invitational.
In Nashville at the Music City Challenge, Chris Boyd won the men's shot put and rocketed up to fourth in the program's top 10, throwing 18.08m (59-4). Menachem Chen was fifth with a throw of 16.74m (54-11.25). In the invite section, Willem Coertzen placed fifth with a mark of 18.09m (59-4.25).
In the women's shot put, Selase Sampram placed eighth, throwing 15.
