OXFORD, Miss. (4/4/25) – Arkansas State track and field athletes turned in multiple season and career-best performances on Friday to open the Joe Walker Invite at Prefontaine Stadium.
Noa Isaia threw a collegiate-best 62.50m (205-0) to place fourth in the men's hammer throw, while Menachem Chen was 12th with a career-best toss of 48.99m (160-8). Cameron Slavin was 21st, throwing 35.21m (115-6). In the women's event, Liya Guy was 21st with a mark of 34.25m (112-4).
In the heptathlon, Miranda Burgett finished the first day in second place with 3,102 points through the first four events.
