ARLINGTON, Texas (1/25/25) – Pinfall was high Saturday at the Prairie View Invitational, and the fifth-ranked Arkansas State women's bowling team downed 5,437 pins over five traditional matches to stand fourth among 12 teams after day two of the three-day event.
With its 5,437 pins in traditional play, A-State (55-20) had the third-most pins in the field. The Red Wolves are fourth overall through 10 matches with 10,690 total pins, an average of 213.8. Jacksonville State leads the field with 10,810 pins followed by Vanderbilt (10,777) and North Carolina A&T (10,745) in the top three. Sam Houston (10,673), Nebraska (10,439), Louisiana Tech (10,383), Maryville (10,311), Youngstown State (10,277), Duquesne (9,8630, Prairie View A&M (9,018) and Texas Southern (8,562) round out the team standings.
