LINCOLN, Neb. (2/23/25) – The fourth-ranked Arkansas State women's bowling team finished third among eight teams at the penultimate event of the regular season, the Big Red Invitational.
A-State (70-31) split a pair of bracket matches, falling to No. 7 Wichita State 4-0 and defeating No. 13 McKendree 4-1. The Shockers earned the sweep 237-204, 216-168, 230-167 and 228-168. Against McKendree, the Red Wolves won the first two games, 183-168 and 204-165, but fell 172-152 in game three. A-State closed out the win with tallies of 215-179 and 212-152.
The Red Wolves finished third with 10,772 pins over 11 matches for an average of 199.
