Red Wolves Fall in See-Saw Battle at Kent State

KENT, Ohio (2/8/25) – In a game that saw 13 ties and 25 lead changes, the Arkansas State men's basketball team ultimately came up short in a 76-75 decision at Kent State Saturday inside the M.A.C. Center.

The Red Wolves (18-7), which led at the half, had possession in the final seconds but could not get a shot to fall. The Golden Flashes (15-5) outscored A-State 40-36 in the final 20 minutes to battle back from the halftime deficit.

A-State shot 39.4 percent from the floor (26-66) and forced Kent State into 15 turnovers. Joseph Pinion led four double-figure scorers with 20 points, his second straight 20-point outing.
